Berger Bullets has an article on A Better Ballistic Coefficient. Berger notes that BC is based on the G1 standard, which is out of date, and that the G7 standard is more relevant to modern, long-range rifle ballistics.  Berger is committed to switching to ballistic coefficient statistics that reference G7, which they claim will allow shooters to calculate trajectory more accurately.
